I coordinate the technical backbone of the workplace — HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, DG, UPS and lifts — through PPM schedules and vendor SLAs so reactive breakdowns stay rare.

PPM planners & audits

I build cadence-based checklists (see the Facility Maintenance Checklist resource) and run monthly audits with vendors so filters, panels, extinguishers and pumps are always inspection-ready.

Vendor management

Housekeeping, security, pest control, HVAC and DG vendors are reviewed on attendance, SLA adherence and cost — with clear escalations and renewal calendars.
