Housekeeping Attendant / Supervisor
Frontline of soft services. Attendants clean and maintain floors, washrooms, pantries and workstations; supervisors lead a shift-wise team and own quality against the frequency chart.
A day in the life
You start with a briefing on the day's beat plan, do a walkthrough with the supervisor, then move through your beat every hour — washrooms, pantry, workstations, meeting rooms. Consumables get topped up, spills get cleaned in minutes, and any complaint is closed on the spot. As a supervisor, your day is roster, floor audits, chemical planning and closing helpdesk tickets from your zone.
Key responsibilities
Daily cleaning as per frequency & colour-coding SOP
Washroom, pantry and workstation upkeep every hour
Chemical dilution, PPE use and consumable indenting
You like a structured, active job on the floor and take pride in a spotless, ready-to-use workplace.

Workplace / Facility Executive
First line of the workplace team. Runs opening & closing checklists, floor walks, housekeeping supervision, front-office & meeting-room readiness, helpdesk tickets and daily MIS to the FM.
A day in the life
You reach site 30 minutes before employees, walk every floor with a snag list, and make sure meeting rooms, pantries and washrooms are ready by 9 AM. Through the day you log helpdesk tickets, chase vendors for closures, and by evening you send a daily MIS to your Facility Manager. Small events, VIP visits and vendor coordination sit on top of this routine.
Key responsibilities
Opening / closing floor walks and snag list
Housekeeping, pantry & meeting-room readiness by 9 AM
Log & close helpdesk tickets within SLA
Publish daily / weekly MIS to the site FM

Soft Services Executive / Supervisor
Owns housekeeping, pantry, front office and event support. Manages a team of housekeeping staff, plans chemical & consumable usage, runs colour-coding & frequency plans, audits quality against SLAs.
A day in the life
Your day is people first — deploy the roster, brief teams, and walk floors to audit quality against the SLA scorecard. You forecast chemicals and consumables for the month, plan for VIP visits and townhalls, and handle any escalation on cleanliness or pantry service in real time. You also coach housekeeping staff on SOPs and grooming.
Key responsibilities
Deploy manpower against a shift roster
Monthly chemical & consumable budgeting
Weekly quality audits and score-carding
Event, VIP visit and townhall floor readiness

Front Office / Guest Experience Executive
Owns the arrival experience — reception, visitor management, courier, meeting-room bookings and VIP handling. A common entry point for freshers with strong communication.
A day in the life
You're the first face visitors see. You pre-register expected guests, badge them in, collect NDAs where needed, and route them to the right meeting room. Between arrivals you handle inward/outward courier, resolve meeting-room booking conflicts, and coordinate VIP escorts and coffee. It's a poised, high-visibility role where grooming and communication matter.

Helpdesk / CAFM Executive
Runs the single-window helpdesk on a CAFM / ticketing tool. Logs, categorises and routes tickets to the right technician or vendor, tracks SLAs and publishes analytics.
A day in the life
You sit on a workstation for most of the shift, but your inbox is the busiest place in the building. Every call, email and app ticket gets logged, categorised (electrical / HVAC / housekeeping / IT / other) and assigned to the right team with an SLA clock ticking. You chase closures, note the RCA, and by end of day publish a breach report so recurring issues are visible to the FM.
Key responsibilities
Answer helpdesk calls / emails / app tickets
Assign & track tickets to closure within SLA
Publish daily SLA breach and TAT reports
Root-cause tagging for recurring complaints
Who this role fits
You're organised, fast on Excel and a ticketing tool, and calm even when 30 tickets land in the first hour of Monday.

Technical / Hard Services Executive (MEP)
Handles electrical, HVAC, plumbing and BMS operations on site. Executes preventive maintenance schedules, runs breakdown response and coordinates with OEM vendors.
A day in the life
You start with a technical round — DG, UPS, HVAC, chillers, plumbing, BMS — logging readings against normal ranges. You tick off the PPM checklist for the day (say, AHU filter clean, DG mock-load, water tank chlorination), respond to breakdowns, and coordinate with AMC vendors when specialised repair is needed. You update log books meticulously because audits live in that paperwork.
Diploma or ITI holders in electrical / mechanical who like hands-on technical work and want to grow into shift engineer roles.

Shift Engineer / MEP Supervisor
Runs a shift of the technical team. Owns uptime of critical utilities, shift handover, incident response and coordination with soft services during the shift.
A day in the life
Your shift begins with a formal handover — open snags, running permits, and critical utility status. Through the shift you're the escalation point for any technical issue, approve permits-to-work for hot / height / electrical jobs, and coordinate with soft services when a job affects the floor. If a DG fails or a chiller trips, you own the RCA and the recovery plan.
Key responsibilities
Shift handover with open snags and status
Own utility uptime — DG, UPS, HVAC, fire, chillers
Permit-to-work approvals during the shift
Escalate criticals to Asst. FM within 15 mins
Who this role fits
3+ years hands-on in MEP, comfortable making decisions under pressure and leading a small team of technicians.

Facility Coordinator
Bridge between client, vendors and FM team. Coordinates hard & soft services, tracks preventive maintenance, raises POs, closes tickets and keeps trackers (AMC, PPM, vendor scorecards) updated.
A day in the life
Half your day is coordination — housekeeping wants extra manpower for an event, technical wants a PO raised for a repair, the client wants a status on last week's escalation. The other half is trackers: AMC renewals, PPM adherence, vendor scorecards, PR/PO status. Every month you compile the MBR deck the FM presents to the client.
Key responsibilities
Maintain AMC, PPM and vendor score-card trackers
Raise PRs / POs and follow up on invoicing
Coordinate housekeeping, technical & security teams
Compile monthly MBR deck for the FM
Who this role fits
You enjoy being the person who 'knows where everything stands', are strong on Excel and follow-ups, and want to grow into an Asst. FM role.
Coordinates small fitouts, churns, restacks and workplace projects. Works with vendors, PMC and design teams to deliver on time, on budget and to spec.
A day in the life
You live at the intersection of design, vendors and the client. Your day is site visits with civil / MEP / IT / furniture vendors, snag list closures, BOQ vs actual tracking, and daily updates to the project sponsor. When a fitout is nearing handover, you're the one running punch lists till 10 PM to get to a zero-snag sign-off.
Key responsibilities
Track fitout / churn milestones and snag lists
Vendor coordination for civil, MEP, IT & furniture
BOQ vs actual cost tracking
Handover, DLP tracking and O&M documentation
Who this role fits

Space Planning / Move Coordinator
Owns seat allocation, occupancy data and move-add-change (MAC) requests. Publishes floor plans, tracks utilisation and supports business restacks.
A day in the life
You maintain the source-of-truth seat map on an IWMS or AutoCAD, take MAC requests from HRBPs and business leaders, and plan restacks that move hundreds of people over a weekend without breaking anything. Weekly you publish utilisation dashboards — desks used, meeting rooms booked vs occupied — that inform real-estate decisions.
Key responsibilities
Maintain seat allocation & occupancy dashboards
Plan and execute MAC / restack cycles
Publish updated floor plans (AutoCAD/IWMS)
Utilisation & neighbourhood analytics for HRBP
Who this role fits
You're analytical, comfortable on AutoCAD/IWMS, and enjoy the puzzle of fitting teams and neighbourhoods into a floor plate.
Owns support services — inward/outward mail, pantry service, cab & transport desk. Runs vendor SLA and complaint tracking for these micro-services.
A day in the life
You start with the mailroom register — sort inward couriers, hand them over, log outward shipments. Then it's pantry — menu adherence, hygiene walk, consumption vs indent. Evenings are the cab desk — night-shift roster, women-safety escort, vendor SLA. Small services individually, but a bad experience in any of them lands on the client's desk fast.
You're detail-obsessed and enjoy running many small services well rather than one big one.

Any incident — theft, unauthorised entry, medical — you're first on scene, log it, and coordinate with police / medical / client leadership as needed.

Monthly you run fire, evacuation and first-aid mock drills. When an incident happens, you own the RCA, CAPA and the statutory register that inspectors will read.
